Welcome, the dear visitor!
I yet have not passed so long course of life, as the author of this site that is proud to call this page "Biography". On correct it was necessary to put here the reference to the homepage where greedily to praise highly itself or to spread a picture album on a general review. But I do not have this page - it is not necessary to me. That's why I will simply tell here why I undertook to make this site.

Before I had a little experience of creation and promotion of sites. And it were small sites-cut-aways of various Samara firms. Well you know such, 4-5 pages, contacts, photos - anything interesting. When to me have suggested to be engaged in such rather big educational resource from zero - I have thought that it will be very interesting. Also was not mistaken! On a course of performance of problems I had most to study in different things: to work with databases, the reference catalogue organisation etc. In the beginning of the project of idea were very modest, that was planned as a limit of filling of a site already became only its separate part. And all site consists of these parts of one big idea.

Were already, and still there will be many critics who will say that the site ugly, something not so works, somewhere something does not work etc. You know, we and did not apply for a rank of the best design, this site was not projected and not licked by the whole command of professionals which would think over each smallest detail. The main value of a site is an information which it contains. Its volume constantly increases. Besides, by means of you, visitors, this information will be even more various, it will be more convenient  it to use.

I think, with time course the site will be even better, will find also original design. I hope it will be useful to all who is interested in a problem of the modern territorial device of our country.
